# Oversight

> Watch cases at every stage, recent decisions and webhook deliveries, and correct a decision when needed.

## Cases at any stage

[Cases](/guides/analyst/cases) shows every case including auto-decided ones. **Approved**, **Declined** and **Completed** show who decided and when.

## Decisions in the last 24 hours

The Decision Queue's **Decision History** lists the team's decisions with outcome, reason, tags and duration.

## Webhook delivery history

**Settings → API → Delivery History** shows whether your systems received each decision, with attempts and errors, and lets you resend. See [Webhooks](/guides/engineer/webhooks).

## Analytics

[`/analytics`](https://console.us.frayme.io/analytics) (not in the sidebar; open it from the search palette) has **Fraud Trends** and **Performance** charts.

## Correct a decision

Open a decided case and use **Override decision**. The override is audited, appended to the case history and sent to your systems as `case.decision_overridden`. See [Override a final decision](/guides/analyst/console-override).
