# Admin and manager guide

> What the tenant admin role can do, the daily oversight loop, and what only Frayme operators see.

The reserved **admin** role bypasses every scope check inside your tenant. Managers on this role set the tenant up, manage people and roles, watch decisions and correct them.

## Everything an admin can do

| Area                          | Actions                                                                                        |
| ----------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Team                          | Invite, change role, remove; create and edit roles                                             |
| Settings                      | Queues, decline reasons, tags, communication webhook and templates, AI key, API keys, webhooks |
| Workflows, data sources, risk | Everything an engineer can do                                                                  |
| Cases                         | Everything an analyst can do, plus override final decisions                                    |
| Oversight                     | Cases at any stage, decision history, webhook deliveries, analytics                            |

## Display preferences

**Settings → General** sets your own theme. It does not affect other members.
