# Tenant setup checklist

> The order to set up a new tenant so the first case flows end to end.

## Before your first case

## Verify with a test case

Submit a case from the builder with **Execute for real**, or with the API. It should appear in the Decision Queue, an analyst should be able to claim and decide it, and the decision should appear in **Webhook Delivery History**. [One transfer, three desks](/guides/end-to-end) walks the whole path.
