# Read the evidence

> Every card in the subject and risk columns, what fills it, and when it appears.

Cards appear only when the case has data for them. A transaction case, a KYC case and a KYB case therefore look different.

## Subject header

Name, a verified badge when identity checks passed, contact lines, the case id you are reviewing and the customer id your systems sent.

## Identity details (KYC)

The person's declared details from the intake payload and the identity data sources.

## Company details and affiliates (KYB)

A KYB case shows the company record and an **Affiliates** card: owners and officers, the share of ownership mapped, screening chips (**PEP**, **Sanctions**, **Adverse media**) and the status of each child case. Click an affiliate to open its child case; a child shows **Back to parent KYB**.

## Transaction details

Amount, type, status, account type, time in queue and **Review progress**, the number of required reviews completed.

## Custom attributes

Attributes your systems set through the API (`custom_` keys) and attributes discovered by providers, grouped by source.

## Questionnaire

Answers collected by the identity provider's questionnaire, grouped by section. Appears only when the provider returned one.

## Customer context

Narrative summaries and assessments produced by the AI synthesis step of the workflow: identity and employment narratives, education, interests, social presence, positives and warnings. Appears when the workflow ran an AI step.

## Location heat map

Resolved coordinates for the subject's addresses and device signals. When nothing resolves, the card says so.

## Risk assessment

The score with its band and confidence, the **Triggered rules** from Risk Management with their category, and the engine's recommendation text.

## Screening and risk signals

**Matches found** or **Screened — clear**, then chips for **PEP**, **Sanctions**, **Adverse media**, **Crime**, **Terrorism**, **Fitness & probity**, and session and device signals. Appears when a screening provider ran.

## Workflow is waiting on…

When a provider paused the workflow and offers analyst-invokable actions, this card lists them per node. Running one needs the claim; each run is confirmed first.

## Data source results

One card per provider node the workflow ran. **Output** shows the fields the node produced; **Request details** shows what was sent; **Raw output** shows the provider's response as received.

## Discovered identifiers

Identifiers found along the way (email, phone, tax ids, wallet, PIX key, provider applicant id), each marked **verified** or **captured**.

## Activity timeline

Everything that happened to the case, newest last: received, enqueued, locked and released, notes, information requested or cancelled, document reviewed, decided, overridden. Repeated enrichment runs fold into one expandable row.

## Reopened by monitoring

If a data source kept monitoring the subject after the decision and reported a finding, this card explains that the case was reopened and lists the findings. Reload before deciding if it reports an error loading them.
