# Keyboard shortcuts

> Every shortcut that works in the queue and the console.

Shortcuts are ignored while you type in a field. Press `?` anywhere to open the shortcuts panel.

## Queue

| Key             | Action                                            |
| --------------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| `J`             | Highlight the next case in the list               |
| `K`             | Highlight the previous case                       |
| `Enter`         | Open the highlighted case in the Decision Console |
| `⌘K` / `Ctrl+K` | Open the search palette                           |
| `?`             | Show the keyboard shortcuts panel                 |

## Console

| Key       | Action                                   |
| --------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| `←` / `K` | Previous queued case                     |
| `→` / `J` | Next queued case                         |
| `C`       | Claim the case you are viewing           |
| `⌘↵`      | Approve (when you hold the claim)        |
| `⌘D`      | Decline (a reason or a note is required) |
| `N`       | Jump to the notes composer               |
| `Esc`     | Close the open dialog                    |

## Not available

The shortcuts panel also lists `⌘E` (escalate), `/` (focus search) and `[` (toggle sidebar). They are not wired yet and do nothing.
