# Decision Queue

> Work the list of cases waiting for an analyst: cards, segments, search, sort, lock states, keyboard and decision history.

export const Shot = ({id, alt, caption}) => <Frame caption={caption}>

The Decision Queue at [`/queue`](https://console.us.frayme.io/queue) lists every case a workflow parked for human review, across all review queues your role can see. It refreshes itself every few seconds.

## Open the queue

Click **Decision Queue** in the sidebar. The badge next to it is the number of waiting cases.

## KPI cards

<Shot id="analyst/queue-02-kpi-cards" alt="Total Pending, High Risk, Awaiting Info and Critical cards" caption="The four counters reflect the cases currently listed." />

| Card              | Meaning                                                 |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Total Pending** | Cases waiting, with a breakdown by type (txn, KYC, KYB) |
| **High Risk** | Cases whose risk score is above 75 |
| **Awaiting Info** | Cases with an open information request |
| **Critical** | Cases that have waited more than two hours |

## Case-type segments

Tabs above the list narrow it to **KYB**, **KYC** or **TXN** cases. A segment only appears while at least one such case is waiting.

<Shot id="analyst/queue-03-type-segments" alt="Case-type tabs with KYC selected" caption="Only KYC cases." />

## Hide cases awaiting information

**Hide awaiting info** removes cases that already have an open information request, so you focus on what you can decide now. The filter is kept in the address bar (`?awaiting=hidden`), so a reload or a shared link keeps it.

<Shot id="analyst/queue-04-hide-awaiting" alt="Queue with awaiting-info cases hidden" caption="The toggle reads Awaiting info hidden while active." />

## Search

**Search cases...** matches the customer name or the case id of the listed cases. To search the whole tenant by email or external customer id, use [Cases](/guides/analyst/cases).

<Shot id="analyst/queue-05-search" alt="Queue filtered by a customer name" caption="Narrowed to one customer." />

## Sort

Sort by **Risk Score**, **Time in Queue** (default), **Amount** or **Case Type**.

<Shot id="analyst/queue-06-sort" alt="Sort options" caption="Sort options." />

## Read a row

<Shot id="analyst/queue-07-row-anatomy" alt="One queue row" caption="Risk badge, case type, customer and case id, rail, tags, amount, time in queue and lock state." />

From left to right: the risk score badge, the case type (a child case shows its parent type and its role, for example **KYB › KYC**), an **Awaiting info** chip when a request is open, customer name and case id, the rail or country, up to four tag chips, the amount (hidden for KYC and KYB) with the live time in queue, and the lock state: **Unassigned**, **Locked to you**, or the name of the analyst holding the claim with a tooltip showing when the claim expires.

## Move with the keyboard

| Key             | Action                                            |
| --------------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| `J` | Highlight the next case in the list |
| `K`             | Highlight the previous case                       |
| `Enter` | Open the highlighted case in the Decision Console |
| `⌘K` / `Ctrl+K` | Open the search palette                           |
| `?`             | Show the keyboard shortcuts panel                 |

<Shot id="analyst/queue-08-keyboard-focus" alt="A row highlighted with the keyboard" caption="J and K move the highlight; Enter opens the case." />

## Decision History (last 24 h)

Below the list, **Decision History** shows what the team decided in the last 24 hours, with tabs for **All**, **Approved** and **Declined**. Each row shows the outcome, customer, risk, reason, tags, who decided and how long the decision took.

<Shot id="analyst/queue-09-decision-history" alt="Decision History section" caption="Recent decisions by the team." />

## What the queue does not do

* You claim a case in the Decision Console, not from the list; the lock chip here is read-only.
* There are no bulk actions, no saved views and no pagination: the list is the full set of waiting cases.
* There is no queue picker. Cases from every queue you may see are merged into one list, sorted as you chose.
