# Settings for analysts

> The theme you can change, and the vocabularies you read but do not edit.

export const Shot = ({id, alt, caption}) => <Frame caption={caption}>
    <img className="block dark:hidden rounded-lg" src={`/images/guides/${id}.light.png`} alt={alt} loading="lazy" decoding="async" />
    <img className="hidden dark:block rounded-lg" src={`/images/guides/${id}.dark.png`} alt={alt} loading="lazy" decoding="async" />
  </Frame>;

**Settings** at [`/settings`](https://console.us.frayme.io/settings) shows every tab to every member; what you can change depends on your scopes.

## General

**Display Preferences → Theme**: **Dark** (default), **Light** or **System**.

<Shot id="analyst/settings-01-general-theme" alt="Theme preference" caption="The theme is stored in your browser." />

## Decline Reasons

The list you pick from when declining. Without `risk:write` it is read-only. Ask a senior analyst or manager to add or reword reasons.

<Shot id="analyst/settings-02-reasons-readonly" alt="Decline reasons, read-only" caption="Read-only without risk:write." />

## Tags

The tags you can apply in the console, with their colours. Disabled tags stay defined but are not offered.

<Shot id="analyst/settings-03-tags-readonly" alt="Tags, read-only" caption="Read-only without risk:write." />

## Communication

The templates your information requests are built from, and which webhook endpoint delivers them.

<Shot id="analyst/settings-04-communication-readonly" alt="Communication settings, read-only" caption="Read-only without communications:write." />

## Tabs you may not see edits for

**Queues**, **AI** and **API** are shown, but their controls are for engineers and managers. See the [engineer](/guides/engineer/overview) and [admin](/guides/admin/overview) guides.
