# Team (view)

> What the Team page shows an analyst, and why the buttons do nothing for you.

**Team** at [`/team`](https://console.us.frayme.io/team) opens for roles with `team:read`, which the analyst template includes.

  You can open **Team** because your role holds `team:read`. The **Invite Member**, **Create Role** and row menus still render, but the server rejects any change from a role without `team:write` or `roles:write`. Ask a manager to change roles or invite people.

Who is on the tenant, their role, status and, once the platform computes them, their decision statistics.
