DICT — Diretório de Identificadores de Contas Transacionais — is BACEN’s PIX-key directory. Given a PIX key (CPF, CNPJ, email, phone, or random alias), it resolves the holder’s account and identity. In Frayme transaction-monitoring workflows, DICT lookup is used for counterpart enrichment when the originator is flagged as high-risk, feeding the resolved identity into downstream enrichment steps.
