Subflow

Type subFlow in the builder; saved as a spawn and join pair the runner executes.

Field	Meaning
Callable workflow	A flow with Callable as subflow on
Fan out over	Array expression creating one child per element; Child ID identifies each
Child role in parent	UBO, owner, legal representative, none, or an expression
Pass data to the child	Maps the child’s inputs
Output variable	Where the children’s outputs are collected
Advanced	Subject construction, Timeout (seconds) with On timeout (partial or fail), re-entry and removal behaviour, Max cases per element

Analysts see the children under Affiliates on the parent and can open each child; approving a parent with pending children asks Finish pending sub-cases?.
