Pause the flow in a review queue until an analyst acts or the timeout elapses.
review. A branching gate, not a terminal: each outcome must still reach Approve, Deny or Output.

| Queue | A queue from Settings → Queues; a missing queue blocks activation |
| Timeout (hours) | After this the timeout outcome fires (default 24) |
| Risk score | Number or expression shown to analysts as the case score |
| Custom actions | Extra outcomes shown under Workflow actions in the console; each is an outgoing handle |
approve, deny, timeout and one handle per custom action. Every handle must be wired or activation is refused. The analyst’s decision and any note are written to vars.review for downstream nodes.
