The Decision Queue at /queue is the live work list for everything a workflow didn’t auto-resolve. Each row carries an alert, an SLA timer, and a one-click route into the Decision Console.

Common queue actions

Four resolutions exist; everything else is a sub-state of one of these.

Clear

Mark the alert as resolved without further action. Writes screen_decision: clear back to the workflow and resumes auto-approve.

Allowlist / Blocklist

Persist a per-CPF / per-wallet / per-counterpart list entry. Future cases skip the rule. Allowlist short-circuits the alert; blocklist is a hard stop.

RFI

Open a Request For Information against the relationship client. Used when the analyst needs supporting evidence the platform doesn’t already have. Resumes when the evidence returns.

Escalate

Hand the case to a senior reviewer or to legal. Used for high-risk decisions or when the analyst is outside their authority band.
