The Decision Queue at /queue lists every case a workflow parked for human review, across all review queues your role can see. It refreshes itself every few seconds.

Open the queue

Click Decision Queue in the sidebar. The badge next to it is the number of waiting cases.

Case-type segments

Tabs above the list narrow it to KYB, KYC or TXN cases. A segment only appears while at least one such case is waiting.

Hide cases awaiting information

Hide awaiting info removes cases that already have an open information request, so you focus on what you can decide now. The filter is kept in the address bar (?awaiting=hidden), so a reload or a shared link keeps it. Search cases… matches the customer name or the case id of the listed cases. To search the whole tenant by email or external customer id, use Cases.

Sort

Sort by Risk Score, Time in Queue (default), Amount or Case Type.

Read a row

From left to right: the risk score badge, the case type (a child case shows its parent type and its role, for example KYB › KYC), an Awaiting info chip when a request is open, customer name and case id, the rail or country, up to four tag chips, the amount (hidden for KYC and KYB) with the live time in queue, and the lock state: Unassigned, Locked to you, or the name of the analyst holding the claim with a tooltip showing when the claim expires.

Decision History (last 24 h)

Below the list, Decision History shows what the team decided in the last 24 hours, with tabs for All, Approved and Declined. Each row shows the outcome, customer, risk, reason, tags, who decided and how long the decision took.

What the queue does not do

  • You claim a case in the Decision Console, not from the list; the lock chip here is read-only.
  • There are no bulk actions, no saved views and no pagination: the list is the full set of waiting cases.
  • There is no queue picker. Cases from every queue you may see are merged into one list, sorted as you chose.
