How information requests are delivered

Frayme never sends email. When an analyst or a Send RFI node raises a request, Frayme emits a signed case.rfi_requested webhook with the recipient, subject and body; your systems send the message and record the reply.

Choose the communication webhook

Communication Webhook picks which of your webhook configs receives those events: Default or a named config from Settings → API.

Templates

Communication Templates lists the email templates. Create Template asks for Name, Description, Subject and Body; Available variables shows what you can interpolate.

Variables

${caseId}, ${caseType}, ${customer.name}, ${customer.email}, ${customer.phone}, ${subject.displayName}, ${subject.external_customer_id}, ${subject.person.dateOfBirth}, ${subject.business.legalName}, ${subject.business.country}, ${subject.transaction.amount}, ${subject.transaction.currency}, ${subject.transaction.type} and, for flow-sent requests, ${rfi.id}. Anything else renders empty and is reported to the sender.

Used by analysts and workflows

Analysts pick a template in Request Information; engineers pick one on the Send RFI node. Deleting a template a flow uses makes that flow fail validation.
