Settings at /settings shows every tab to every member; what you can change depends on your scopes.

Display Preferences → Theme: Dark (default), Light or System.

Decline Reasons

The list you pick from when declining. Without risk:write it is read-only. Ask a senior analyst or manager to add or reword reasons.

Tags

The tags you can apply in the console, with their colours. Disabled tags stay defined but are not offered.

Communication

The templates your information requests are built from, and which webhook endpoint delivers them.
