The Decision Queue’s Decision History lists the team’s decisions with outcome, reason, tags and duration.Webhook delivery history
Settings → API → Delivery History shows whether your systems received each decision, with attempts and errors, and lets you resend. See Webhooks.Analytics

Correct a decision
Open a decided case and use Override decision. The override is audited, appended to the case history and sent to your systems ascase.decision_overridden. See Override a final decision.
