Cases - Frayme

Cases at /cases lists every case in your tenant, including cases the workflow decided without a human and cases still in flight.

Tabs

All, Pending, In review, Approved, Declined, Completed. Decided rows show who decided and when.

Filter

Fill one or more fields and click Search: Case ID (exact), External Customer ID, Email (all cases linked to that address, possibly several people) or Name (contains). Clear resets. When several are filled, case id wins over email, which wins over customer id.

Load more

The list loads 100 cases at a time. Load more appends the next page; the footer tells you when you have seen them all.

Open a case

Click a row to open it in the Decision Console. Waiting cases can be claimed and decided from there; decided cases open read-only.
