Keyboard shortcuts

Shortcuts are ignored while you type in a field. Press ? anywhere to open the shortcuts panel.

`J`	Highlight the next case in the list
`K`	Highlight the previous case
`Enter`	Open the highlighted case in the Decision Console
`⌘K` / `Ctrl+K`	Open the search palette
`?`	Show the keyboard shortcuts panel

`←` / `K`	Previous queued case
`→` / `J`	Next queued case
`C`	Claim the case you are viewing
`⌘↵`	Approve (when you hold the claim)
`⌘D`	Decline (a reason or a note is required)
`N`	Jump to the notes composer
`Esc`	Close the open dialog

The shortcuts panel also lists ⌘E (escalate), / (focus search) and [ (toggle sidebar). They are not wired yet and do nothing.
