Executions in the toolbar opens Execution history: recent runs of this flow, refreshed every ten seconds.

Filter

Filter by case ID… narrows to one case. Tabs filter by Status (All, Success, Failed, Running), Decision (Any decision, Approved, Declined, In review) and Run type (All runs, Dry runs, Real), each with counts.

Read a run

Each row shows the status icon, the subject or case id, the version that ran, an error summary for failed runs, start time, duration, trigger and the decision. Click a row to open the ledger.

Inspect a step

The ledger lists every step with Result (what it produced), Changed (what it wrote to the case state), Evidence (the full output and the state the step saw), Definition, Run payload, Dispatch (for paused steps) and Raw record. Copy buttons put any block on the clipboard. An Issues summary collects warnings and errors.

Failed runs

A failed run shows the error in the list and the failing step in the ledger. The example below is a Script step raising an error.

Replay

Replay re-opens Submit case with the run’s original payload so you can run it again, typically against the draft you are fixing.
